Shipping
materni-T offers a flat fee shipping of 5$ for all purchases. All items will be shipped by regular mail via Canada Post. If you wish for express shipping, please email us prior to placing your order for a quote.
Shipping to the US: materni-T offers a flat shipping fee of 10$ per order (with the exception of strollers and high chairs).
Shipping outside Canada & the US: Please note that shipping fees will be added to your total. materni-T is not responsible for any tax or duty fees.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
materni-t will accept returns and fully reimburse you within 15 days if you are not satisfied with the products as long as the following conditions are respected:
- the item has not been worn/used
- all original tags and packaging are intact
- you are responsible for all shipping fees
materni-t reserves the right to refuse an exchange or return if the product is not in its original condition. Before sending back an item, you must contact customer service to get a return confirmation number (without this number, your item will not be accepted) and full instructions on where to send your package.
The following items are non-refundable:
- All nursing items (lingerie, pyjamas, tops, dresses, accessories)
- Bathing suits
- Maternity lingerie
- Baby teething toys
- Cloth diapers
- Baby carriers
- Any item that has been worn and/or does not come in its original package with all tags
- All items in our clearance section
For hygiene and safety reasons, there will be no exceptions.
Sales: All sales are final sales
